The hotel is a proper 5 star with good service, good breakfast and great facilities like very big swimming pool, sauna and excellent spa, the massage I had was great. I liked the spacious very comfortable room with excellent views. Luxury bathroom with deep bath and sliding doors very 5 star style. I like the open style corridors in this hotel - balcony style Instead of a classic corridors very stylish and luxurious design of the hotel. Staff were very accommodating, when my aircon did not work well they called technical staff immediately and all was fixed in no time. Breakfast maybe not your classic European style but it’s very tasty and plenty to enjoy and healthy with lots of vegetable and eggs cooked fresh in front of you as you wish is a good touch: Taxi always available just outside the hotel doors and reception can arrange anything for you, they do try to make you feel very happy. Roof top restaurant must go place with fantastic views of the city and lovely food.

Everything was great. Especially the reception personnel Yusuf and Ruveyda for arranging the midnight airport pick up made us felt safe and welcomed on our first visit to Istanbul, Türkiye. They also gave Dinner reservation at Sea food restaurant including transportation. When we had problem for the room AC they upgraded us into better room with the AC temperature we wanted. Beside that they were so helpful and went above and beyond their job to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We definitely will come back there. Special thanks to Ruveyda for recommending us to sign u p for the World of Hyatt membership. Even though we have many times staying in Hyatt/Grand Hyatt hotel, nobody offered us this loyalty program. Thank you

During the stay we enjoyed the dishes of the restaurant and the Benedict eggs in the morning .The last ones can say that not in all European locations of Hyatt are available or at the quality of Regency Istanbul. Dishes in the restaurant are fresh( we tried Sushi too and it was very good)and we'll made according the level requested. Congratulations also for staff ,friendly , disposal and looking to have satisfied clients

Excellent stay just as usual in Hayat. Stuff is very friendly and helpful, we have solved all of the problem we have in no time. Most of the stuff speak excellent English so it was no problem with communication. Excellent food in the restaurant on the first floor, and the exceptional view in the restaurant on the 17th floor. Recommend to everybody how used to the comfortable stay in a good hotel. You have a free and secure parking lot for your car as well if you are traveling by car in Istanbul.

Staff is as good as it can get in Istanbul. Especially the two guys at the reception, Taylan and Haydur, should be noted for their efficiency and responsiveness. Their customer service skills and good command of English language, prove them definitely as a high-standard Hayatt material. Food in the restaurant is also of good quality.
